Before You Book

Please review the following before securing your session:

All payments are non-refundable

Turnaround time is (2–4 weeks)

Clients must arrive on time and fully prepared

Travel fees apply for locations outside of San Antonio

By booking, you agree to all terms listed below.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your session date.

No services will be provided until payment is made in full

Weddings & Events: Remaining balance due 1 week prior

Mini Sessions: Paid in full at booking

Your session is confirmed once payment + signed agreement are received

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your session:

You may reschedule once within 15 days

Or receive a credit toward a future session

Rescheduling fees:

Within 48 hours: $50 fee

Within 24 hours: $100 fee

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in additional fees if applicable.

Late Policy

15+ minutes late: $15 fee + $1 per additional minute

30+ minutes late: Session may be shortened or canceled without refund

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.

You will be contacted 24 hours prior if rescheduling is needed (outdoor sessions only)

Choosing to proceed in poor weather still requires full payment

Travel & Location Fees

Travel within San Antonio is included

Locations outside San Antonio require a base travel fee

Additional distance may incur extra charges

Clients are responsible for:

Location permits

Parking fees

Image Delivery

All sessions: 3–4 weeks (business days)

Weddings & Events: 4–6 weeks

Rush delivery available:

$150 (24-48 hours for sessions / 7 days for events)

Gallery delivery:

Available for 30 days

$25 fee to restore expired galleries

Refunds & Edits

No refunds once services are rendered

Edit requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

Additional edits may require a fee

Client Preparation

Clients are expected to arrive camera-ready.

Please ensure:

Clothing is wrinkle-free

Hair and makeup are completed before arrival

Skin is lotioned/oiled for best results

Session outcomes vary based on client preparation.

Additional Terms

Photographer retains full copyright

RAW images are not included but may be purchased. Prices Based on Edits or non-Edits

Additional setup or travel gear (backdrops, props, etc.): $75–$150 fee

Commercial use requires written approval
